Joint Powers Agency Board of Directors
Board Membership
The Board's mission is to oversee the planning, preparation and implementation of the Yolo Heritage Conservation Plan (HCP/NCCP) and to implement the Swainson's Hawk Mitigation Agreement. The seven member Board is composed of elected officials from Yolo County and the four incorporated cities, and University of California, Davis.
